City Council moved to ban STRs out of residential areas!

Dallas City Council moved to ban STRs out of residential areas on 6/14/23.
Here are the ordinances that were passed on 6/14/23:
DSTRA responded with a lawsuit against the City of Dallas, filed 10/2/23. Our litigation team is Lynn Pinker Hurst Schwegman

Our court date for the injunction hearing was December 1, 2023. We heard back from the Judge on December 6, 2023 and she upheld our request for injunction.

Our original trial date was June 3, 2024. In January 2024, however, the City of Dallas filed an appeal of our injunction. We are currently waiting for a date for the appellate hearing.
