Scott Leggat, Director of Governmental Affairs and Advocacy with Inhabit IQ, will be speaking on “The State of STRs in Texas and the US”. Scott has over 26 years in the vacation rental industry, is on the VRMA Board of Directors and was awarded “Advocate of the Year” at the 2023 International VRMA Conference. He is uniquely qualified to speak on where we are and where we are going as an industry in 2025!
