Join the Dallas Short-term Rental Alliance, the Dallas Airbnb Community Hosts Group and all of the Metroplex in welcoming TXSTRA to Dallas! TXSTRA is a brand new, grassroots, statewide organization dedicated to advocacy at the state legislative level. Come join us to meet the Board, hear their plans and learn what they can do for us!

DSTRA presents: SHORT COURSE FOR FIRST TIME SHORT-TERM RENTAL HOSTS

Nov 14 and 15, 2025 from 9am – 5pm

What: Intensive one-day training classes customized for those new to hosting
Why: Goal of the course is to provide new hosts with a solid foundation of responsible hosting, hostpitality, safety, regulation and simply being a good neighbor.
