Trial date for District Court: Coming soon!

Judge Purdy of the 95th District Court set a trial date of June 3, 2024 to listen to arguments for and against the Dallas ordinances banning STRs. However, due to a full docket the court was not able to address our case. Our case is currently waiting to be re-scheduled.
